Sea Serpents

Alpha Predators of the Deep

Homeland: Aracor Ocean

Languages: Common, Kelvimarian

Sea serpents are massive finned snakes of the ocean, well-known for their armored green scales, sharp fangs, and acidic venom. However, their fearsome reputation is greatly exaggerated; most sea serpents keep to themselves, dwelling alone in the depths and preying on fish and whales. Although sea serpents are naturally aggressive, attacks on Kelvimars or Tentakull are rare, usually provoked by attempts to raid serpent dens. With little affinity for Deepmagic, family, or social interactions, sea serpents live alone and meet only to mate or to clash over territory. While the reputation of these reptiles is great, they rarely interact with the other sentient races of the sea.
